  1. Love this illo! Great use of the dot matrix. I’ve been trying to figure out how to use it in Photoshop since I just started coloring my illustrations. Any suggestions?

    Use the color halftone filter with a low number radius. Then Edit/Fade/Multiply and set a low opacity.
